As an interior designer works with clients on the inside of their homes, we work with them on the exterior design. Timothy Lally Design is a full service Landscape Architectural design firm. Our services are customized to meet the client's individual needs. Working in partnership with the client, Timothy Lally Design analyzes the site, considers it's functions, and develops a unique program that maximizes the full potential of the space. Next, concepts and a final design are developed to help the client visualize the finished project. After the design of the project is completed, our involvement continues with supervision throughout the construction phase. Through the relationships we have made over the years, we obtain competitive bids from quality contractors. Timothy Lally Design oversees all phases of the project from concept through construction to ensure that it meets the client's requirements and the design's expectations. Following installation, Timothy Lally Design can provide a maintenance plan if desired, and help with obtaining maintenance service bids.
